Property plans for the financier's secluded tropical island among the released materials.
Furthermore featured in this recent image disclosure appears to be a development blueprint for Great St James island, located in the US Virgin Islands.
The financier bought a more modest island - the Little St James - originally in 1998, but acquired the larger adjacent island in the year 2016 for around $22.5 million.
The released images indicate he had created development schemes to transform the 161-acre island by building living quarters, an performance venue, an underwater office and a swimming pool.
Visible on the drawing is a channel, a waterway in the US Virgin Islands, marked on the bottom right.
The architectural drawing is covered in notations in red and includes a notes section detailing different parts of the property.
